Moreover, the technique of using the device has been issued by the Ministry of Health with clear technical lists and procedures under Decision 1007/QD-BYT and Circular 23/2024/TT-BYT, providing a solid legal and professional basis for deploying treatment of diseases, skin injuries, and burns by sliding arc cold plasma.
